Your Role:  

  • Welcome and   assist   patients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression  
  • Optimize   the daily appointment schedule to ensure full   utilization   with minimal gaps  
  • Effectively manage the recall system and   maintain   accurate , up-to-date patient records  
  • Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations  
  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and charts  
  • Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments  
  • Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments,   submit   insurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive manner  

About You:  

  • Minimum 1 year of   Dental A dministration   experience   is   required  
  • Experience with Abledent dental software programs is   required  
  • C linical background   is considered an   asset
