Outsystems Technical Lead

Job Summary

The Technical Lead for outsystems will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of OutSystems applications within the organization. They will lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of outsystems projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of outsystems applications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization techniques in outsystems development.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct code reviews, and provide guidance on complex problem-solving.
5. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet project goals and deadlines.
6. Stay updated on the latest outsystems features, tools, and trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in outsystems development platform, including experience with outsystems 11 or later versions.
2. Strong understanding of web application development, database design, and integration technologies.
3. Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
5. Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
6. Strong analytical and decision-making skills to prioritize work and meet project deadlines.

Other Requirements

1.OutSystems Associate Web Developer Certification or OutSystems Professional Web Developer Certification is preferred.
