Outsystems Technical Lead

Job Summary

Support and maintain an on-premise OutSystems platform across multiple environments. Responsible for platform stability, deployments, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, security, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for OutSystems platform issues.
Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity.
Support deployments, releases, hotfixes, and upgrades.
Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Manage certificates, security reviews, and vulnerability remediation.
Work with Infrastructure, DBA, Network, and Security teams.
Maintain runbooks, support documentation, and knowledge articles.
Participate in governance reviews and monthly reporting.

Skill Requirements

5-8+ years IT experience
3+ years supporting OutSystems platforms
Experience with production support and platform upgrades, OutSystems Platform Administration (On-Premise)
