• Responsible for customers & sales team communication and coordination.
• Monitor order processing over ERP system.
• Order management follow ups & enhancements.
• Order change tasks as per the process.
• Ensure granting the highest possible service level for our customers
• Orders fulfilment tasks.
• Orders planning with logistics team.
• Delivery follow ups.
• Excel & Power BI Loss Analysis & action plan for mitigation.
• Driving the needed daily report for the business.
• Returns Investigation.
• Driving review weekly/monthly business review meetings.

 

Job Description - Grade Specific

Key responsibilities encompass: Technical Excellence: Transportation Management Systems TMS,Warehouse Management Systems WMS, Order Management Systems OMS, and Route Optimization Software Forecast demand for products and create inventory plans to ensure stock availability.
