Job Description

We are looking for Sr.Technical Consultant_WFO_KSA

Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Saudi Arabia / UAE / India

Required Skills:

• Oracle PL/SQL
• Java
• Oracle FLEXCUBE 14.x Core Banking
• OBMA, OBPM, OBBRN
• CASA, IC, GL Modules
• EOD Batch Support
• L2/L3 Production Support
• Debugging & Root Cause Analysis
• Unix/Linux

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle FLEXCUBE applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Analyze application logs, database errors, and transaction failures.
• Support CASA, IC, GL, EOD, OBPM, OBBRN, and OBMA modules.
• Perform SQL/PLSQL data analysis and fixes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend permanent solutions.
• Coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
• Monitor and support EOD batch processing activities.

Preferred:

• Banking domain experience.
• Experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation/support projects.
• Knowledge of payment systems and core banking operations.
