Operator (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

▪ You operate semi-automatic systems for the production of pastes and
ensure a smooth production process
▪ You perform quality assurance checks in accordance with instructions
▪ You identify errors early on and ensure trouble-free operation
as well as high equipment availability
▪ You set up production machines and systems and load them with
raw materials and auxiliary materials
▪ You inspect and maintain tools, machines, and equipment to ensure their
proper functioning
▪ You actively participate in improvement projects and contribute ideas for
optimizing processes

Qualifications:

•  Ideally, you have completed vocational training in a technical or skilled trade field
• You are willing to work shifts
• You are a team player and are known for your reliable and meticulous work ethic
• You have a technical understanding and an interest in production processes
• A forklift and crane operator’s license is preferred
• Some experience with computers is preferred
• You have good written and spoken German skills
