LBAPS is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support and lead multi-site operations across our growing organization. This leadership position requires strong management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel nationwide as we continue expanding.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations
• Drive operational efficiency and process improvements
• Support organizational growth and expansion initiatives
• Manage projects, teams, and performance metrics
• Travel to offices nationwide as needed
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic objectives
