Operations Associate
About the Role
This associate-level individual contributor role focuses on post-sales customer success at an AI-focused company working to improve how products are discovered by AI agents. You will help customers stay engaged, get ongoing support, and identify opportunities to improve their experience and fit.
What You'll Do
Follow up proactively with customers after a sale and provide ongoing support.
Track customer analytics and recommend improvements based on what you learn.
Serve as a dedicated customer success partner and provide attentive, high-touch service.
Surface relevant leads and opportunities, gather customer feedback, and help iterate on fit.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of professional experience; this is not an entry-level role for a new graduate.
A technology background and prior experience at a startup or technology company.
Experience at a company in the AI space or an adjacent field is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $70,000 to $90,000.
Location
This is an on-site position in San Francisco, California, with an in-person schedule of six days per week.
