Job Description:


Responsible for supporting the successful management and execution of strategic initiatives under limited direction. This position requires familiarity with the concepts, principles, and theories behind project management. Additionally, this role prioritizes and manages multiple competing projects, deadlines, and customer relationships, while interacting effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leaders to affect change within the organization. This position transfers perceptions of problems into viable solutions and actionable items, utilizing diplomacy and flexibility in response to clients' changing concerns. This role supports the management of cost, schedule, and quality to ensure that critical milestones and deliverables are completed in a timely manner.


  • Develops and implements strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Manages project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Monitors progress and performance of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Identifies and mitigates risks associated with strategic initiatives. Analyzes data to inform decision-making and measure success.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to team members involved in strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitates meetings and discussions to drive project progress.
  • Develops and maintains documentation related to strategic initiatives.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Has conceptual familiarity with project management tools & methodologies [Required]
  • Has conceptual familiarity with risk management, budget & resource planning, project documentation, and schedule tracking [Required]
  • Keep confidentiality [Required]
  • Awareness of basic process improvement and change management concepts and methodologies [Required]
  • Ability to succinctly translate high level concepts into actionable items [Required]
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills [Required]
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills [Required]
  • Able to work semi-independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while thriving in a setting requiring collaboration and teamwork. [Required]

  • Ability to transfer customers’ perceptions of problems into viable solutions. Utilizes diplomacy skills and flexibility in response to clients’ changing concerns. [Required]

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Pivot table other analytic tools [Required

Education:

  • Bachelor's [Required]
  • Master's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

  • in Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or related field
  • in Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or related field

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in business, finance or healthcare-related field [Required]
  • Project management experience in an integrated healthcare system [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$66,830.40 - $124,300.80
