Your responsibilities – here's where you can get involved! 

• Analyze and prepare service orders for technicians and provide technical approval after completion.

• Prepare, level, and assign work within the territory of responsibility to ensure the best match between operational needs, technician skills, and external factors such as weather conditions.
• Define resources required for service orders in collaboration with Supervisors, including competencies, materials, and tools.
• Bundle and optimize work order composition to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain daily communication with technicians, technical support functions, and customers.
• Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying areas for optimization and taking a strategic, long-term approach to workforce and task planning.  

Your profile – what makes you a great fit!  

• Experience in technical planning, workforce scheduling, or a dispatcher role, preferably within a technical or service-oriented environment.
• Good IT skills with experience in planning and resource management systems; SAP experience is highly preferred.
• General technical understanding and the ability to work with technical documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, think clearly under time pressure, and manage changing workloads.
• Team player who thrives in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and supports colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile.
