We are looking for   a   new colleague in our team   in   Tab   f or NPI Engineer   p osition .  

NPI   Engineer  

What   a   typical   day   looks   like:  

• Manages ,   coordinates   and   supervises   the   preparation and   implementation   of   new   projects  

• Participates   in   the   review   of   customer   quotations   and   engineering   designs  

• Provides   technical   supplier   management   as   related   to   product   development   and   integration  

• Regular   interaction   with   customers   and   executives   on   technical   issues  

• Active   participation   in   the   preparation of   the   process   and   product   FMEA   plans   and   Control   Plan  

• Initiates   technical   changes ,   introduce   and   tracks   customer   changes

• Participate   in   Lean   and   Six   Sigma   projects   for   cost   reduction ;   finds   and   implements   development   ideas  

• Revise   alternatives   and   check   the   in-house   component   for   continuous   production  

• Makes   sure   that   the   products   are   safe   and   maintain   high   quality   for   the   customers  

• Define   training   needs   of   new   staff ,   actively   participate   in   internal   trainings  

The   experience   we’re   looking   to   add   to   our   team:  

• BSc / MSc   degree   in   Engineering    

• Fluent   English &   Hungarian   language   knowledge  

• Previous   experience   in   related   field   ( manufacturing   environment )  

• Be ing   familiar   with   electrical   manufacturing   is a n   advantage  

• Lean / Six   Sigma   knowledge   or   experience   is a plus  

• Strong   ability   to   see   the   whole   picture   and   to   focus   on   important   details
