We're searching for a Night Auditor who can bring professionalism, calm, and exceptional service to our overnight operations. Position Overview As the Night Auditor, you will serve as the overnight guest liaison and handle the hotel's nightly financial reconciliation. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations from one day to the next. Key Responsibilities Assist late‐arriving guests with check‐ins, check‐outs, and inquiries Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions Monitor hotel security and ensure guest safety throughout the night Perform light housekeeping or basic maintenance tasks as needed Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk environment What You Bring Customer service experience; hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers and reporting Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (StayNTouch is a plus) Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours Professional communication and problem‐solving skills Dependable, calm, and guest‐focused mindset Open to search in Miami, FL External Client - Kapstones Hotel Franchise LLC IMPORTANT What We Offer $17 per hour (W2) Weekly pay Full company‐paid medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holiday pay Employee discounts on hotel stays Opportunities for growth and cross‐training A modern, supportive, and stylish work environment   #HireFinder #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite
