Responsibilities
- Design, document, execute, and maintain functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.
• Identify suitable manual test scenarios for automation and continuously expand automated test coverage.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks, test utilities, and test scenarios using C# or JavaScript.
• Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and analyze automated test results.
• Validate new features, bug fixes, and application changes against functional and technical requirements.
• Perform API testing and validate data flows between application components and external systems.
• Use SQL queries to validate application data, investigate defects, and verify expected system behavior.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects, providing clear information that helps development teams reproduce and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Developers and Product Owners during requirements analysis to identify risks, edge cases, and testability concerns early.
• Contribute to improving testing standards, automation frameworks, test data, and QA processes.
• Support investigation of production incidents and contribute to root-cause analysis where appropriate.
• Use approved AI-assisted tools to improve test design, automation, troubleshooting, and QA productivity while validating generated output and maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated tests for web applications.
• Good programming skills in C# or JavaScript, with the ability to develop and maintain test automation code.
• Experience with at least one modern test automation framework such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar.
• Good understanding of functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience testing REST APIs using tools or automated frameworks.
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience validating data directly in relational databases.
• Experience with test management, defect tracking, and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience working with Git and version-controlled test automation projects.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience running automated tests as part of build or deployment pipelines.
• Good understanding of web technologies, client-server architecture, and distributed applications.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into clear and maintainable test scenarios.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex testing and automation tasks.
