Position Description:
We are looking for a Mid-level Natural Gas Engineer to join our Industrial Commercial Energy Team to improve infrastructure in our Pittsburgh office. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, and 4-5 years of similar work experience. Professional Engineer License is preferred. The candidate must also be self-motivated, work well with others, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule is available after 30 days of employment.

Typical responsibilities include:
- Experience with the design and construction of natural gas pipelines.
- Prepare computer-generated natural gas pipeline and mechanical working drawings with AutoCAD.
- Generate bill of materials.
- Create estimated time requirements for projects.
- Ability to work independently.
- Work with design team.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors.
- Conduct on-site field walks as needed.
- Prepare project status and other reports.
- Assist with the preparation of proposals.
- Attend client, public, project and staff meetings including client progress, plan review, pre-construction, etc.
- Attend seminars and/or training classes.
- Grow and maintain excellent client relations.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering required
Skills/Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience required
- Professional Engineer License preferred
