What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure the accurate movement, storage, and tracking of materials between warehouse locations, production areas, and external storage facilities.
- Support production operations by distributing raw materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices.
- Pick, pack, receive, and ship customer and supplier orders using carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, and LTL freight providers.
- Coordinate material transfers with third-party logistics partners, including transportation and rail service providers, to support business operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following quality standards, operational procedures, and environmental guidelines.
What We're Looking For

- Ability to safely perform warehouse duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and moving materials throughout the shift.
- Experience operating or willingness to learn forklift equipment, with the ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately track inventory and material movements.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

- We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
