YOUR ROLE

Manage and improve Master Data existing tools  

Understand existing tools functionalities.  

Support evolution and manage trouble shooting   

Propose simplification in the tool or process to improve improvement of the global efficiency  

Support Tool creation or evolution  

Identify and formalize customer need  

Develop requested tools or link business customers with IT dedicated team if development is outsource  

Support launch and improvement process of new tools   

Support AI implementation on Teams activities   

Identify potential use of AI tools to improve efficiency and robustness of data gathering process  

Conduct training on the usage of AI tools within the team  

YOUR PROFILE

• 
  Experience with advanced function of Excel, Power BI and Power Query  

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.  

• Knowledge of  Generative AI  and familiarity with  Microsoft Copilot  capabilities and adoption strategies.    

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).  

• Ability to influence across teams without direct authority; strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.   

• Customer-focused approach understands end-user workflow pain points and drives practical, adoptable solutions.
