Manufacturing R&D Senior Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Leads and owns high complexity R&D Projects, including NPD, VAVE, and cost saving

• Defines manufacturing processes and technologies

• Is responsible for all phases of IM moulds development from supplier selection to mould design, until validation and release to production

• Collaborates with other plant functions on identifying optimization and improvements on products and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master degree in a scientific field, preferably  in Engineering or   Chemistry

• Good knowledge of the Czech language

• Fluent in written and verbal English

• Relevant experience in Project management with a track record of successful complex projects

• Experience in structured/multi-cultural/globally operating business

• Good technical knowledge of injection molding and plastics
