• Review network reliability and restoration strategies.
• Govern major incident response for optical services.
• Drive capacity planning and technology roadmap execution.
• Partner with NOC, Engineering, and Field Operations teams.
• Lead operational excellence and automation initiatives.
• Manage team performance and stakeholder engagement.
