JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Purpose of the Role

• •  Established best in class electrical standard for site as per Abbott guideline.•  Describe the primary goals, objectives or functions or outputs of this position.

Main Responsibilities

• To establish best in class electrical standards for sites as per IEE and abbot engineering standards.To lead electrical safety and improvement activities of site and to ensure no major noncompliance from electrical safety side•To ensure no statutory noncompliance from electrical side managing external stake holders.•  Responsible for maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) and troubleshooting of equipment’s pertaining to Electrical side.•  Responsible for projects for site from electrical side.•  Responsible for ensuring all electrical critical equipment’s in green zone and there by support in achieving plant volume and equipment efficiency.•  Plan and schedule annual maintenance activities of switch yard transformers ACB, VCB,PCC,MCC and ensure its compliance.•  Responsible for capability development plan and its execution for team of technicians.•  Manage and lead electrical contractors, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works on site..•  Responsible for inculcating GMP & Safe work practices amongst contractual deployed for carrying of maintenance activities .•  Responsible for developing Standard Operating, Procedures, its implementation and communication to team of technicians.•  Responsible for leading improvement projects pertaining to Electrical side.Education:Engineering Graduate with 8-10 years of relevant experience in Electrical Systems preferably Food / Pharma / FMCG Industries. Background:•  Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.•  Strong in planning and supervisory skills.•  Good Communication Skills / Stakeholder Management•  Knowledge in Electrical System
