Responsabilidades e atribuições

Role summary

The Dealer Development and Quality Management Manager leads the strategy, development, governance, and quality management of the Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicles Dealer Network in Brazil, ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, compliance, and long-term business competitiveness. This role is responsible for driving transformation initiatives, enhancing dealer performance, strengthening network development, and fostering strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealer Network Strategy & Development

Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Commercial Vehicles Dealer Network, ensuring market coverage, competitiveness, dealer profitability and alignment with business objectives. Lead network expansion studies, market assessments and strategic development initiatives.

Business Transformation & Innovation

Drive digitalization, process optimization and business modernization initiatives, supporting dealer readiness for future mobility, connectivity and service trends.

Dealer Performance Management

Monitor operational, financial and qualitative KPIs across the dealer network, identifying opportunities, implementing improvement plans and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Quality Management & Customer Excellence

Lead the StarClass Program and other quality initiatives, promoting operational excellence, standardized processes and continuous improvement to enhance customer experience.

Governance, Compliance & Due Diligence

Oversee dealer nomination, succession, due diligence and contractual processes, ensuring compliance with corporate governance principles, legal requirements and internal policies.

Corporate Identity & Network Infrastructure

Ensure adherence to Mercedes-Benz Corporate Identity standards by supporting dealership modernization, expansion, relocation and infrastructure projects.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Build and strengthen relationships with executive leadership, dealers, industry associations and cross-functional teams to support strategic alignment and business growth.

People Leadership

Lead, develop and inspire the team of employees, fostering engagement, continuous development and a high-performance culture.

Requisitos e qualificações

Qualification

-         Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law or related fields.

-         MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Business Management, Strategy, Finance or related disciplines is desirable.

Language Skills

-         Advanced English.

Knowledge and experience

-         Extensive experience in dealer network management, business development and strategic planning;

-         Strong experience within the automotive industry and dealer network environments;

-         Proven track record leading transformation initiatives and multidisciplinary teams;

-         Solid knowledge of dealer network development, governance and performance management;

-         Experience with financial analysis, due diligence, dealer agreements and compliance frameworks;

-         Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

-         Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and deliver meaningful business impact in a fast-paced environment.
