Maintenence Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot plant machinery and utility equipment.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance procedures.
• Analyze breakdowns and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Supervise contractors and technical teams.
• Drive cost-saving, continuous improvement, and 5S initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Skills Required:

• Electrical and mechanical maintenance expertise.
• Knowledge of VFDs, PLC/controller programming, and utility systems.
• Experience with SAP and maintenance documentation.
• Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skill.

Qualifications:

Education: Engineering degree preferable (bachelor’s in electrical or mechatronics or mechanical engineering) 

Experience: >3 years related work experience preferable
