Your Key Responsibilities

Roles And Responsibilities

Software Languages: Basic knowledge of software design and debugging using C, C++,and C# in Visual Studio. 
OOPS & Frameworks: Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts, .NET framework, and C# Windows Forms. 
Databases: Core know-how of SQL Server and database management systems.
Protocols: Mandatory working knowledge of Profinite, Profibus, Ethernet TCP/IP, and CAN-Bus.
Networking: Basic understanding of IP addressing subnets, switches, and network configuration.
Hardware Literacy: Conceptual understanding of Siemens/Soft PLCs, Servo Drives, Field
I/O, and line sensors (Load Cells, Torque Sensors, LVDTs).
Preferred Assets: Prior exposure to industrial vision systems, component balancing applications, or manufacturing Maintenance Department operations.
Diagnose software stoppages rapidly to support shift maintenance teams during breakdowns.
Trace and debug faults across 4 core C# applications: Measurement, Vision, Balancing, System Control.
Utilize OOPS & .NET principles to systematically isolate bugs within Windows Forms applications.
Query SQL databases to track logs, investigate data errors, and check communication health.
Analyzing system logs within customized software to pinpoint root causes of machine failures.
Troubleshoot communication networks linking proprietary software to Siemens PLCs.
Verify software interfaces during the recommissioning of relocated facility equipment.
Provide off-shift support on an on-call basis to resolve critical software blockages

Your Qualifications

Education: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Experience: 5 to 7 years in industrial software support, automation troubleshooting, or controls diagnostics
