Maintenance Engineer (f/m)

On-site Niepolomice, Poland full time

Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of production machines and equipment at a production facility operating in the industrial and aerospace sectors. The role is responsible for creating, implementing and continuously improving a prevention maintenance plan, responding to technical problems, analyzing their causes and resolving them.

What You Will Do:

  • Supervision of the technical condition of production machines, tools, equipment and infrastructure.
  • Implementing preventive plans for new machines, in accordance with applicable standards and requirements.
  • Identify, analyze and solve complex technical problems on production lines in the areas of mechanics, hydraulics, electrical and automation, implementing necessary technical improvements to eliminate problems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external specialists, to provide professional service.
  • Participate in industrial projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project timelines.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to junior engineers, technicians, fostering professional development and enhancing team expertise.
  • Implement Best Practices: Establish and maintain industry best practices within engineering processes to ensure efficiency and competitive advantage.

What You Will Need:

  • Education: Engineer Degree, preferably in Automation/Electronics/Mechanics.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position in production plant.
  • Experience in technical machine maintenance in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and automation fields.
  • Siemens, Allen Bradley, B&R PLC programming.
  • Fanuc and Universal Robots environment knowledge .
  • Autonomous in solving complex machine and installations problems in the production environment, open to sharing knowledge with other team members.
  • Ability to read and create technical documentation, electrical, hydraulic diagrams.
  • Experience in managing investment projects.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Electrical licenses up to 15 kV.
  • Driving license category B.
