Maintenance and Facility Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn, explore, and gain practical experience.
• Take initiative, collaborate effectively with team members, and perform tasks safely and efficiently.
• Follow established procedures and safety standards in daily activities, with Safety as the top priority, followed by Quality and Delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, actively participate in discussions, and present ideas or findings during periodic reviews.
• Participate in improvement projects and develop practical solutions to enhance maintenance and facility operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to learning.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, take initiative, and maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Basic understanding of maintenance and facility operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with measurement tools and equipment.
• Ability to use engineering design and analysis software.
• Willingness to participate in improvement projects and contribute new ideas.
• Available for a full-time internship of at least six months.
• Willing to be based in Bandung, Indonesia, for the duration of the internship.
