Responsibility:

•    1、负责公司进出口货物的船务安排，包括订舱、拖车、装柜、提单确认及货物跟踪等全流程操作；
Responsible for the full-process shipping arrangements for the company's import and export cargo, including booking, trucking, container loading, bill of lading confirmation, and shipment tracking;
•    2、熟悉海关进出口申报流程、单一窗口操作及报关相关法律法规；独立完成进出口报关、报检工作，制作并审核报关单、装箱单、发票、合同等相关单据；
Familiar with customs import and export declaration procedures, Single Window operations, and relevant customs laws and regulations; independently complete import and export customs declaration and inspection work, and prepare and review customs declaration forms, packing lists, invoices, contracts, and other related documents;
•    3、熟悉海关编码（HS Code）的定义、结构及归类规则，能准确判断商品编码及对应监管条件；根据货物属性准确归类海关编码（HS Code），确保申报的税号、品名、规格、数量、金额等要素准确无误；
Familiar with the definition, structure, and classification rules of HS Codes, and able to accurately determine commodity codes and corresponding regulatory conditions; accurately classify HS Codes based on cargo attributes, ensuring the accuracy of declared tariff codes, product names, specifications, quantities, amounts, and other elements;；
•    4、负责国内运输的整体安排与协调，包括运输方式选择、承运商对接、路线规划及到货时效跟踪；；
Responsible for the overall arrangement and coordination of domestic transportation, including mode selection, carrier liaison, route planning, and delivery timeliness tracking;
•    5、监督并确保供应商及时接收、理解并执行工厂的安全要求（如入场安全规范、装卸安全标准、防护装备要求等），跟进供应商的合规执行情况；
Supervise and ensure that suppliers promptly receive, understand, and comply with factory safety requirements (such as site entry safety rules, loading and unloading safety standards, PPE requirements, etc.), and follow up on suppliers' compliance and execution;
•    6、负责重货运输的安排与协调，包括超重、超限货物的运输方案制定、车辆及设备选型、绑扎加固要求确认及运输安全保障；
Responsible for the arrangement and coordination of heavy cargo transportation, including developing transportation plans for overweight and over-limit cargo, selecting vehicles and equipment, confirming lashing and securing requirements, and ensuring transportation safety.
•    7、其它部门经理安排的任务。
