Compensation Base Pay Entry-Level Licensed Candidates: $15/hour Experienced Licensed Professionals: $17-$18/hour Additional Compensation Uncapped Commission Structure Tiered Commission Program Annual Earning Potential: $30,000 - $90,000+ About the Role As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will help individuals and families protect their assets through insurance products including auto, home, renters, life, and other personal insurance solutions. You'll be responsible for generating new business, building customer relationships, and helping clients find coverage that fits their needs.
