Job Description

To be expanded before advertising role:

• Drive value stream and production method improvements to increase throughput and manufacturing capacity
• Support product ramp-ups, ensuring manufacturing readiness, tooling, processes and training are in place to meet customer demand
• Improve manufacturing and test processes, increasing yield and reducing cost of manufacture
• Lead root cause investigations and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Support New Product Introduction activities, ensuring products are effectively transferred into production
• Identify opportunities for automation, tooling and process improvements that support future growth
