Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage DWDM, Optical Transport, and Fiber network alarms.
- Perform fault isolation, troubleshooting, and restoration activities.
- Execute maintenance activities and change implementations.
- Coordinate with field teams and vendors during outages.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and customer escalations.
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation and operational records.
- Support 24x7 NOC operations and bridge calls during major incidents.
- Optical networking fundamentals (DWDM, ROADM, OTN)-any one is fine
- NMS/EMS monitoring tools.
- Incident and change management processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
