Lead Consultant(Development)

Job Summary

an Infor ERP Consultant with 4–7 years of experience to support Infor SunSystems, the accounting system used by Informa Intelligence.Provide L2/L3 application support, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs and performing root-cause analysis for recurring issues.Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities, including ledger postings, journal processing, allocations and reconciliations.Maintain SunSystems configuration, including chart of accounts, analysis codes, currencies, user security and approval workflows.Monitor and resolve issues with interfaces and batch jobs; develop and support financial reports and queries using SQL and Excel.Deliver minor enhancements, patches and upgrades, including functional specifications, testing and UAT support.Required: minimum 3 years of hands-on SunSystems experience (Ledger, Payables, Receivables), strong general ledger knowledge, working SQL Server skills, and experience with ITIL-based support tools such as ServiceNow.Desirable: exposure to SunSystems Connect, Infor BI or cloud migration projects.Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or IT.
