Lead Consultant(Development)

Job Summary

Provide L2/L3 production support for SunSystems 5 and related financial management applications.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.Monitor financial interfaces, batch jobs, reconciliations, and application performance to ensure operational stability.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring incidents and data issues.Support month-end close, statutory reporting, financial reconciliation, and audit-related activities.Manage user access, security, configurations, deployments, and environment administration tasks.Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Audit, and technical teams to support business requirements and issue resolution.Ensure adherence to SLA, incident, problem, and change management processes.Strong expertise in SunSystems 5, Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, Reconciliation, SQL, and ERP Application Support.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience supporting business-critical finance applications.
