Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Instructional Designer with strong expertise in SAP FICO, Articulate Storyline, and WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform (DAP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning solutions, simulations, digital adoption content, and performance support materials to support SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-user training materials for SAP FICO processes including: 
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
Financial Closing & Reporting.

Create interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360.

Develop in-application guidance, walkthroughs, SmartTips, Launchers, and task automation using WalkMe.

Develop role-based training curricula, quick reference guides (QRGs), job aids, process simulations, videos, and assessments.

Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants, Business Process Owners, and Change Management teams to translate complex SAP processes into learner-friendly content.

Ensure all learning solutions adhere to instructional design best practices and adult learning principles.

Monitor learner feedback and continuously improve learning effectiveness.

Skill Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of Instructional Design experience supporting SAP projects.

Hands-on experience with: 
Articulate Storyline 360
WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform
Microsoft PowerPoint and Office Suite
Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Experience creating eLearning, simulations, assessments, and digital adoption content.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and content-writing skills.

Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations.
Knowledge of SAP Enable Now, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or Vyond.
Experience working in global ERP transformation projects.
