Lead Consultant(Development)

Job Summary

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web applications using Angular or React.
• Design and implement reusable UI components following industry best practices and component-based architecture.
• Build rich user interfaces using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Implement authentication, authorization, input validation, and secure coding practices within web applications.
• Collaborate with UX designers, Product Owners, QA Engineers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across multiple browsers, devices, and environments.
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and testable code following coding standards and frontend development best practices.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies to accelerate coding, code reviews, test generation, debugging, and documentation activities while applying sound engineering judgment.
• Develop and maintain unit tests and contribute to frontend quality engineering initiatives.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to improving code quality, security, maintainability, and engineering standards.
• Utilize GitHub for source code management, branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, issue tracking, and collaborative development workflows.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated build processes, and deployment automation activities.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Support application modernization, cloud adoption, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with QA teams to support functional, integration, UI, and end-to-end testing activities and defect resolution.
