Job Description:

Land Surveyor - Infrastructure
Dubai, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Land Surveyor to join our team! In this role you will get to perform and oversee field surveying activities, ensuring accurate measurements, setting out, and survey control for major infrastructure projects in Dubai.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform land surveying activities and site measurements for infrastructure projects.
• Establish, verify, and maintain survey control points and benchmarks.
• Carry out setting out and as-built surveys in accordance with project requirements.
• Operate and maintain surveying instruments including Total Stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, and related tools.
• Review survey data, calculations, and measurements to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with engineers, construction teams, and project stakeholders on survey-related activities.
• Prepare survey reports, records, and documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of Land Surveying experience, preferably within infrastructure projects.
• Mandatory UAE experience in a surveying role.
• Strong hands-on experience using survey equipment such as Total Stations and GPS/GNSS systems.
• Knowledge of survey terminology and descriptive materials including maps, plats, drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to perform survey-related calculations and interpret survey data accurately.
• Previous contractor-side experience with active involvement in field survey operations.

• 15+ years of surveying experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, professional attitude.
