Key Responsibilities

• End End to End handling of RBI Escalations
• Coordination with customers for end to end resolution
• Coordination with departments and sharing of RCA
• Social Media escalation handling
• Monthly presentation of MIS/PPT
• Preparation and Updation of SOP’s
• Process improvement

Key Performance Indicators

• Resolution of customer escalations & Complaints within TAT
• RCAs and Improvement in the processes to control escalations
