We are looking for a Key Account Specialist to join our Partner Management team within the Cartão Continente Department, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…

• Support partners in the implementation of campaigns and initiatives aimed at Cartão Continente customers;
• Ensure the efficient and high-quality execution of segmented communication plans, in coordination with partners and internal teams;
• Monitor campaign performance and support the identification of optimisation opportunities;
• Ensure operational coordination between partners and the different Cartão Continente teams, driving the effective delivery of initiatives;
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Cartão Continente’s solutions and processes, contributing to the implementation of new initiatives and the continuous improvement of the partner experience.

• Experience in customer management, marketing, CRM, project management or operational coordination roles;
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a rigorous approach to work;
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and finding effective solutions;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships based on trust;
• A team-oriented mindset and a genuine willingness to collaborate towards common goals.
