Job Title Associate Extrusion

Responsibilities:

• Independently perform complex machine setup and changeover activities on machinery and equipment, such as production units, tooling, rolling mills, and cutting equipment
• Optimize and monitor production processes to ensure efficient and reliable manufacturing operations
• Coordinate and manage activities within the extrusion cleanroom
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom, quality, and process requirements
• Inspect and assess product quality in accordance with defined quality standards
• Document quality inspections and production data
• Actively support the implementation of 5S initiatives and ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and occupational safety within the assigned work area

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology, specializing in extrusion, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in setting up, adjusting, and operating machinery and equipment in an extrusion environment
• Hands-on experience in the extrusion of tubing, pipes, or profiles
• Experience in processing silicone is an advantage
• Ideally, experience with cleanroom processes and requirements
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Strong team player with a high level of commitment and motivation
• Willingness to work shifts
