Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technology roles.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
- Source, engage, and assess candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks.
- Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate hiring processes to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment guidance to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment reporting within the ATS.
Requirements:
- 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technology recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technology landscapes.
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring technical professionals.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interviewing skills.
- Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent English communication skills.
