Job Description

A Senior IT Project Manager responsible for leading the migration of a country's legacy systems to the Group’s standard platforms for the FVL business line. The individual will coordinate with the global business PMO, local teams, and IT stakeholders while managing risks, application and data migrations, program governance, and ensuring a secure transition with minimal impact on business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall migration plan for the legacy systems of the target country.
• Coordinate with the business PMO, local IT teams, global teams, vendors, and external partners involved in the project.
• Ensure that business requirements are properly gathered, the current environment is assessed, and the migration strategy is defined.
• Lead data migration, application migration, and interface integration activities.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and project roadblocks.
• Provide regular reporting to project sponsors and governance committees.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with Group standards, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Organize and oversee testing phases, and communicate change management and production deployment readiness activities.
• Monitor post-migration activities until operations are fully stabilized.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience (5 to 10 years minimum) managing complex and international IT projects.
• Strong experience in migrating legacy systems to modern solutions or global enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of the logistics industry (transportation, warehousing, storage, etc.).
• Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
• Good understanding of data migration, application integration, and IT transformation challenges.
• Strong ability to manage multi-country and multi-vendor environments.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
