IT Business Analyst – AI Product
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated IT Business Analyst to support AI and Digital Product initiatives across APAC. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This is an ideal role for candidates with strong business analysis and data skills who want to build a career in AI product management.
Preferred Experience
• 1 year IT Business Analysis experience
• 1 year exposure to AI, analytics or automation projects
• Experience working with business stakeholders
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodology
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation
• Create user stories and business requirements
• Support backlog prioritization
• Participate in sprint planning and UAT
• Define business KPIs and measure adoption
• Drive continuous product improvement
Preferred Skills
Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Data Analytics; nice to have Azure AI, Prompt Engineering, Python
Ideal Candidate
Curious about AI, understands business processes, communicates effectively with business and technical teams, and wants to grow into Product Owner/Product Manager roles.
