Internship (Associate Specialist)

As our new Service Support Intern, you'll be supporting service center operations and data management that ensure seamless service delivery across China. What you will be doing

As a key part of the China Service Operations team, you'll create impact by helping maintain and optimize our service center network to deliver reliable support to customers across China.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Assist with the preparation and execution of agreements with service centers across China
• Perform data setup, updates, and maintenance within the SED system to ensure accuracy
• Maintain and update service center related information and records
• Support the compilation and analysis of ASP (Authorized Service Partner) performance results
• Handle internal mailing, logistics, and registration of items for the China Service Operations team

Above all, you're a detail-oriented and proactive university student with strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively. We'd also imagine that you are/have:

• Currently enrolled as a sophomore, junior, or graduate student (any major), available at least 3 days per week
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

It's a plus if you also:

• Prior internship experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong multitasking ability with a meticulous and detail-oriented working style
