Integrated Producer

Position Overview

We’re building the best internal creative agency in the world, and we’re looking for an Integrated Producer to make our biggest ideas actually happen. You’ll be part planner, part fixer, part talent scout and part calm-on-set operator: locking shoot schedules for our in-house crew one day, permitting a pop-up in a city centre the next, then steering a film shoot with a director you brought to the table. Detail-obsessed, timeline-perfect and always hunting for a better way to do it, you’re the producer who turns ambition into reality.

Position Impact

ZURU Social & Content Creative is where strategy, storytelling, technology, craft and creativity collide to fill feeds around the world with thumb-stopping, FOMO-inducing, culture-defining ideas. We don’t make ads. We make culture. As our production lead across everything we make, inside and out, your work will reach millions of fans across dozens of markets for some of the world’s most-loved toy and consumer brands. Real budgets, real backing and no client to keep happy: just a team hungry to make great work, with you at the heart of it.

How you’ll help us grow

• Run our in-house production engine, keeping videographers, filmers and creators booked, briefed and moving across every brand

• Own the shoot calendar: talent, studios, locations, kit and crew, on a schedule that’s tight, visible and realistic

• Map out post and audio, from edits, grades and VFX to voiceover, music and mix, with rights and usage sorted before anything goes live

• Partner with experiential and events agencies to turn stunts, pop-ups and activations into moments people film and share

• Lock down permits, venues, staffing, health and safety, insurance and logistics, then be the calm, decisive presence on the day

• Turn our biggest scripts into films with production companies and directors, steering bids, budgets, PPMs, shoot, post and sign-off

• Deliver masters, cutdowns and versions to spec, dispatched to markets and archived so the work can travel

• Grow our partner bench by bringing fresh directors, creators, production companies and agencies to the table

• Make it better every time: fix the bottlenecks, find smarter tools and get more out of every budget and shoot day

What Helps You Win Here

• 4+ years in production: ideally as an agency producer at an advertising, PR, social, experiential or content agency

• A proven track record: high-end productions delivered for a global audience across film, content and IRL

• A black book worth sharing: strong relationships with production companies, directors, creators and experiential partners, plus a radar for who’s next

• End-to-end production fluency and an obsession with detail: from bids and budgets to permits, post and delivery, not a call time, release form or file name slips through
