Job Scope:

GenScript is seeking an Integrated Campaign Manager, Life Sciences Marketing to support the Integrated Communications & Content department. 

Reporting to: Associate Director, Marketing Campaigns. 

Location: Remote- United States

The estimated salary range is $100,000 - $130,000, based on experience level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams on marketing briefs and in-depth customer understanding to transform business needs into marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insight-driven and targeted creative strategy and campaign planning, including target audience definition, creative ideation, omni-channel content development, and evaluation methods.
  • Oversea internal and external creative content creation (visuals, A/Vs, emails, social media, etc.) based on the creative strategy and planned timelines, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business strategies.
  • Build the storytelling of the GenScript LSG brand across campaigns, ensuring consistency and strategic continuity through various forms of content amplified at multiple connection points.
  • Optimize the marketing campaign process and management tools to ensure the hi-quality and timely production/implementation of all campaign/event materials.
  • Monitor the progress and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, provide analysis reports and optimization suggestions.
  • Oversee the marketing campaigns team’s engagement, capability development and performance assessment while inspiring them.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; educational background in life sciences, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline is highly preferred.
  2. 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign strategy, planning, and execution.
  3. Experience in the biotechnology, biomedical, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related industries is highly preferred.
  4. Familiar with the process and methods of marketing campaign planning, execution and analysis, as well as with digital marketing channels and strategies.
  5. Experience planning and executing large-scale online and offline marketing campaigns, programs, and events is preferred.
  6. Strong market insight, analytical skills, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  7. Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, regional managers, and media & connection team, to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  8. Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Fluent spoken and written English, with excellent reading, writing, and presentation skills.
