We are seeking a Insurance Services Sales Consultant to join a leading multinational insurance organization.

This is a client-facing sales and advisory role focused on helping individuals and families identify their financial protection needs and select appropriate life insurance and financial protection solutions.

The role involves developing new client relationships, managing an existing and growing client portfolio, providing ongoing service, and working toward defined performance objectives.

Previous insurance experience is not required. Structured training and ongoing professional development are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Identify clients' financial protection and long-term planning needs
• Present suitable life insurance and financial protection solutions
• Explain product features, benefits, and relevant financial considerations clearly
• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients
• Provide ongoing client service and policy follow-up
• Develop new business through professional networking and prospecting
• Work toward individual and team performance objectives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and relevant market developments

Candidate Profile:

We welcome applicants from insurance as well as other client-facing professional backgrounds.

Relevant experience in sales, banking, customer service, real estate, hospitality, insurance, or similar fields is an advantage but is not required.

• Official Bac II certificate required

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a performance-based sales position with a structured compensation model.

The compensation package includes:
