As an Inside Sales Specialist - Sea Logistics (m/f/d), you will support the growth of Sea Logistics by identifying new business opportunities, particularly among SME customers. You will maintain strong knowledge of trade lanes, service offerings, transit times, regulations, and industry requirements. You will collaborate closely with Field Sales and Customer Care teams, contribute to customer acquisition and relationship management, and make pricing decisions in alignment with Customer Care Managers and Trade Management/Pricing recommendations.

How you create impact

• Generate new business opportunities, with a clear focus on SMEs.
• Make pricing decisions in alignment with Customer Care Managers.
• Prepare and submit customer quotations using online tools, and close deals.
• Demonstrate strong Sea Logistics product and trade knowledge through customer presentations.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to gather insights on pricing and products.
• Report customer complaints and coordinate with the Customer Care Team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and complete handovers.
• Maintain accurate customer information and complete all required CRM activities.
• Regularly review the customer portfolio with CCL Managers and the Customer Care Team to optimize customer relationships and business performance.

• Strong commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to business development.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused, with the ability to understand client needs and develop effective logistics solutions.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is an advantage but not essential.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
