Position: Inside Sales Representative IP & E Job Description:

Our Internal Sales Representative Automotive IP&E (m/f/d) team is the primary point of contact for major global automotive customers. We own the internal processes end-to-end – from order management and logistics to forecast handling and continuous process optimization – while working closely with Account Managers, FAEs, and cross-functional teams including Quoting, Asset, Legal, Logistics, Finance, and more.

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key global Automotive customers, owning full process — order management, logistics coordination, and forecast execution
• Drive continuous improvements across lead times, data quality, escalation handling, and issue resolution; ensure full traceability through accurate documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quoting, Asset, Legal, Logistics, Finance, Credit) and manage supplier interactions to secure supply and ensure compliant, on-time execution
• Work effectively across Arrow regions, time zones, and cultures; travel to customer sites as needed to resolve issues and strengthen relationships​

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Operations, ideally in the Automotive or electronics distribution industry
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and supply chain dynamics
• High level of customer orientation, ownership, and accountability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex, fast-paced business scenarios
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and performance transparency
• Completed commercial or technical training/degree
• Good MS Office skills
• Fluent in English and German
