Information Security Officer (ISO) for EMEA Region

Your job:

• Manage and continuously improve Information Security activities across Festo entities in EMEA
• Act as the main contact and advisor for information security requirements, controls, and risks
• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies and risk management processes
• Drive information security awareness and training initiatives
• Monitor, report, and escalate security risks, incidents, and the effectiveness of security measures
• Coordinate and support internal/external ISMS audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities
• Collaborate with Corporate Information Security and Cyber Security teams on security operations and incidents
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and governance requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with authorities, auditors, and external cybersecurity organizations

Your qualification:

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in information security, IT audit, IT consulting, or a similar role
• Knowledge of ISMS, information security risk management, governance, and compliance
• Experience with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, ISO 31000, or BSI
• Good understanding of IT processes (e.g., ITIL) and general IT infrastructure
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and willing to travel
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CISM, CISSP, CISA)
