Pay: $35–$55 per hour with incentive pay up to $60 per hour — no cap on earnings.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team serving Hartford, Tolland, Middlesex, Litchfield, New London, and Windham counties in Connecticut. General Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including a/c systems, gas and oil furnaces, boilers, zoning systems, and hydronic heating systems.
• Perform annual maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems.
• Participate in the on-call rotation schedule for emergency service requests.
• Deliver superior customer service experience.
• Work efficiently and safely while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
• Adapt to changing work schedules and assignments based on company needs.
• Travel to job locations, lifting up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service technician experience.
• EPA Universal certification.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call schedule.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 – $55.00 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Supplemental Pay: Commission pay, performance bonus, signing bonus
Experience: Residential HVAC Service – 2 years (Required)
License/Certification: EPA Certification (Required)
Work Location: On the road (servicing Hartford, Tolland, Middlesex, Litchfield, New London, and Windham counties from our South Windsor, CT shop)
