- Lead Time Reduction & Capacity: Collaborate with engineering, commodities, and supplier capacity teams to drive lead time reduction and process simplification, unlocking increased supply chain capacity.
- Lean Transformation: Act as a transformation leader – partnering closely with engineering, projects, and commodities – to support your team in extending lean thinking and execution practices (such as daily management and standard work) across suppliers and internal operations.
- Root Cause Problem Solving: Utilize advanced Lean/Six Sigma tools to provide expertise and guide cross-functional teams in investigating systemic delivery delays and implementing permanent, long-term corrective actions.
- Operational Execution & Process Development: Provide technical and operational expertise to support your team in driving process development (including capacity planning and inventory management) to ensure predictable, on-time fulfillment within a complex, project-based environment.
