Now Hiring: HR Partner

As the HR Partner , you’ll provide critical support to the People Operations function. You will act as a thought partner to the Director of All Things People and other People leaders, provide administrative support and execute department reporting, onboarding, payroll, performance review and compliance strategies as well as other critical People Ops functions. You will also consistently support department efforts for efficiency and technology automations .    

What You’ll Contribute in This Role:  

Payroll Support – Support the semi-monthly payroll process with document preparation, timecard management, processing and liaison with internal and external partners.  

Reporting – Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual HR Reporting as well as ad-hoc reporting.  

Employee Support – Provide tier 1 employee support for incoming requests and inquiries. Continuously grow and expand your knowledge of HR and Bank processes and procedures. Triage incoming requests efficiently.  

Staff Meetings – Own the monthly staff meeting preparation process.  

Project Support – Provide project support as needed to include research, data management and analysis, reporting, presentation preparation and other tasks as assigned.  

Performance Reviews – Support the annual performance review process through document management, follow- up and acting as a resource for managers and team members in close collaboration with People Ops Leadership.

Calendar,  File and Information Management – Own the department filing systems and calendars and ensure that filing is complete, consistent and accurate at all times and all calendars are consistently updated. Prepare and execute regular filing audits in close collaboration with People Ops Leadership.  

Employee On- and Offboarding – Own Employee on- and offboarding tasks, incl. onboarding paperwork management, first week administration, E-Verify, system on-and offboarding and all other related tasks and notification processes. L iaise with managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and consistent on- and offboarding processes.

What You’ll Leverage in this Role:  

Education and Experience   

  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR Support or Generalist role   
  • Experience with fast-scaling and changing HR environments  
  • Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred  
  • Experience with ADP Workforce NOW strongly preferred

Banking & Fintech Acumen - You are willing to pursue in financial products and services, applicable regulations and laws. You also possess strong overall business acumen and the ability to interpret legal documents.   

Tech-Forward and Analytical Thinking - You learn new tools quickly, are excited by innovation and leverage technology to optimize your work product. You have a strong bias for automation and conscious AI use. You are comfortable with the Microsoft 365 environment, have experience with ADP Workforce NOW and have ideally used Performance Management platforms.

What to Expect in Your Work Environment:  

  • Remote role within the United States; Eastern Standard Hours. Occasional travel to local branches required.  
  • Occasional U.S. travel for company events or leadership sessions.

Pay Transparency The base pay for this role starts at $57,000 and is commensurate based on experience required in the role.
