Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in organizing and filing documentation for employee promotions, transfers, and the offboarding clearance process.

• Learn the basics of local employee benefits by helping the team prepare and track documentation for statutory requirements.

• Shadow the timekeeping process, assist in generating basic attendance reports, and help maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).

• Observe how the HR team resolves employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits to understand standard HR service delivery.

• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Must be enrolled in an internship/practicum subject.

• Must be willing to work in Makati City.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and basic problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
